The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ digital DC drive by Allen-Bradley is a microprocessor-controlled digital AC drive from the 1395 regenerative drive series that is designed to provide accurate and precise motor control in a wide range of industrial applications. The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive features programmable drive functionalities, remote and local programming options, and built-in protection for enhanced performance increased productivity, and reduced maintenance costs. The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive has a 3-phase voltage rating of 460 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz frequency and a single-phase control voltage rating of 115 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. It has an output voltage rating of 500 Volts DC at a nominal input voltage rating of 460 Volts AC and an output power rating of 2 Horsepower.

The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive offers up to 0.001% of the top speed (over a 100:1 speed range) via a feedback encoder or 0.1% of the top speed by using a BC42 tachometer. This drive offers standard drive features like programmable acceleration/deceleration times (programmable from 0.1 to 6554 seconds), up to 5 programmable preset speed settings, 2 programmable jog speed settings, and up to 10 programmable “motor operated pot” (POT) settings. The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive has an integral dynamic braking contactor with a 2 to 30 Horsepower output rating for enhanced braking in applications that require braking. The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive does not any factory-installed adapter options. Like every 1395 drive, the 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive features programmable current limiting action with a programmed range up to 150% of the full load for 60 seconds and 200% of the full load for 10 seconds. The 1395B/S-B63-D1-PZ drive supports both local and remote configuration and programming. This drive has a factory-designated operating temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius and a working relative humidity range of 5 to 95% (non-condensing).
