The 8520-PS1 Main Power Supply Assembly by Allen-Bradley is the main power supply module for the Allen-Bradley 9/260 system and for the Allen-Bradley 9/290 CNC system. The 8520-PS1 Assembly supplies power to the operator panel power supply, to the system motherboard, and to the main CPU board. The power supply module is connected to the processor module via the P12 port, and it is connected to it through the terminal block. The 8520-PS1 has a rated nominal input voltage of 115 to 230 Volts AC at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz, with an input range of 90 to 265 Volts AC at a frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz, and it has a maximum power output of 225 Watts when it is used at a temperature of up 50 degrees Celsius. The 8520-PS1 has an 8A, 250 Volt AC fuse, which protects power from the supply module, and the color CRT, and the input line voltage is connected through the TB1 and the TB2 power supply strip. The 8520-PS1 Assembly can also be connected to the monochrome operator panel power supply, the operator interface assembly, and the MTB panel ON/OFF switch. The power supply module has an operational temperature range between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius (23 and 131 degrees Fahrenheit), at 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity range, and it has a storage temperature range between -30 and 70 degrees Celsius (-40 and 158 degrees Fahrenheit). The 8520-PS1 can withstand an operating vibration of 2.5G, and it remains functional at a height of up 1000 meters without derating.
