The 1394-SJT22A analog system module, developed by Allen Bradley and included in the Bulletin 1394 series, is engineered for high-performance applications. It facilitates a wide input voltage range of 380 to 460V AC across a 3-phase supply, with operational frequencies of 50 or 60 Hz. The device outputs a DC bus voltage of 530 to 680V, enabling robust control over various systems.

Designed for continuous power output, the module is rated for 17 to 22 kW when operating at nominal voltages of 360 to 480V. A 32-bit CPU provides the processing power necessary for precise control, while a memory capacity of 64K allows for efficient data handling and system management. This configuration does not include a human-machine interface (HMI), utilizing instead an analog input range of 10VDC to -10VDC.

For communication purposes, the 1394-SJT22A includes standard interfaces such as RS232/422 and DH485, ensuring direct connectivity with other system components. Additional communication options like Remote I/O and AxisLink enable expanded integration possibilities within a networked environment.

It is essential to observe the ambient operating temperature limits, capping at a maximum of 50.0°C, to maintain optimal performance. Mounting this unit requires a flat and stable surface in a vertical orientation to ensure reliability and functionality within the application.
