The 2904-BM01-M is an Allen-Bradley component designed for use with Kinetix 6000 Drives. The 2904-BM01-M is directly installed to a Kinetix drive power rail. It is typically installed beside the Integrated Axis Module (IAM), along the power rail where the module draws power to energize internal circuitry. This axis module is connected to motors and motion devices via feedback cables, auxiliary feedback cables, I/O and safety wiring. Axis Modules also allow installation of control modules for integration of control inputs to the module.

The 2904-BM01-M has Bandwidth velocity loop of 500Hz, and current loop frequency of 1300Hz with a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) frequency of 4 kHz. This module is built with an internal shunt with continuous power of 50 W and peak power of 5.6 kW and internal shut resistor rating of 115 Ohms. The 2094-BM01-Mhas enhanced diagnostic features which indicate the nature of a fault by displaying error messages.
