The Allen-Bradley 22F-D6P0N103 is a PowerFlex 4M adjustable Frequency AC drive. This drive is primarily used to implement speed control as well as in lowering energy consumption of industrial AC motors. This drive comes with an IP20, NEMA UL Type Open enclosure, with integrated Human Interface Module (HIM), however, it does not come with an integrated IGBT brake mechanism as well as an EMC filter.

The 22F-D6P0N103’s integrated HIM has a Four (4) digit display with Ten (10) LED indicators, designed to provide readout of the drive’s status and operation. It comes with navigational buttons, Start / Stop buttons as well as a local potentiometer used to modulate the output frequency, directly affecting the speed of the connected AC motor. Optionally, a remote handheld keypad may also be used to provide operational flexibility. This optional keypad has a protection rating of NEMA/UL Type 4X and NEMA/UL Type 1 handheld LCD keypad.

The 22F-D6P0N103 supports DIN rail mounting as well as direct panel mounting through the supplied mounting tabs. Additionally, it supports Zero stacking configuration when installing array of PowerFlex 4M drives. This Zero stacking option effectively reduces panel space consumption as Zero stacking permits installation of drives with very minimum clearance.

Additionally, the 22F-D6P0N103 is supplied with a removable Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV), allowing the drive to be used in ungrounded systems. It also has a relay-pre-charge that effectively limits inrush current. This drive has a Volts / Hertz (V/Hz) control performance and automatically provides IR compensation. This drive has an integral RS485 communication interface.

Additionally, this drive does not come with a CE-compliant filter. The 22F-D6P0N103 drive is capable of generating 2.2 kilowatts or 3 Horsepower of output power when it operates. It operates with 3-phase AC voltage and its input power rating is 480 Volts AC. It has frame size B with physical dimensions of 3.94 inches in width, 6.85 inches in height, and 5.35 inches in depth.
