The Allen Bradley (AB) MPL-B540K-MJ24AA brushless servo is a 165 millimeter frame size. Also, this high-torque motor comes with a 24 VDC brake built-in for braking applications and includes a multi-turn encoder feedback. This MPL Series motor requires 400V to operate. In addition, this low inertia permanent magnet motor comes with circular bayonet forward facing connectors that are built onto this servo motor. This low rotor inertia brushless motor is a 4000 RPM rated MPL servo.

The MPL-B540K-MJ24AA servo motor is a brushless AC synchronous servo motor with a rotary encoder installed in the factory. The device has been manufactured by Allen-Bradley. Its frame size is 165 millimeters, and with 5.4 kilowatts of power, it is in the middle of the Allen-Bradley MPL series servo motors output power range. The whole MPL family is designed to save space and to be easily mounted directly onto the machine that it controls. The MPL-B540K-MJ24AA servo motor is shipped with a multi-turn high-resolution encoder with an accuracy level that always exceeds the mechanical accuracy level of the system it is connected to. The Allen-Bradley MPL-B540K-MJ24AA servo motor operates with a voltage rating of 400 Volts AC that is applied to stator windings to generate a magnetic field that moves the permanent magnet rotor. The rotor can reach speeds of 4000 rpm.
