The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1764-DAT Series A data access tool is made by Allen-Bradley to access data for Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1500 PLC controllers. This data access tool can expand and enhance the operation of a MicroLogix 1500 PLC controller by monitoring the data and making adjustments. It can handle as many as 512 expanded I/O. The 1764-DAT Series A data access tool draws 350 milliamps of bus current draw at 5 Volts DC voltage but it does not draw any bus current at 24 Volts DC voltage. When this data access tool is installed in an enclosure, it dissipates about 1.75 Watts of heat. This data access tool can operate safely in an industrial environment with a temperature range between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius.

This data access tool can change the bit and integer values in these memory elements.
