The 2711-K10C1 Series E terminal is a graphics terminal manufactured by Allen-Bradley as part of the old PanelView 1000 series of graphics terminals. This terminal is used to monitor and control various industrial machine applications, but it cannot be used for functions such as emergency stops that require strong and sudden actions. This unit has pixel graphics, and it uses ordinary development software to simplify the programming process. The Allen-Bradley 2711-K10C1 Series E graphic terminal features a 10-inch color display with keypad buttons. It supports up to 32 standard colors with a screen resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The terminal runs on an input voltage range of 85 to 264 Volts AC. It comes with approximate measurements of 11.11 x 16.64 x 4.4 inches as well as a weight of 8.2 pounds.  This terminal has 1008 KB of non-volatile memory and a RAM of 310 KB.

The 2711-K10C1 Series E terminal has remote I/O for downloading or uploading applications and enhancing communication. It is protected by a NEMA 4X or 12/13 enclosure and it is engineered and intended for indoor use only. It also supports the PanelBuilder32 software as well as the conversion and reuse of present applications. The 32-bit PanelBuilder32 software runs on the Windows ME, 2000, Vista, or XP operating systems. The Allen-Bradley 2711-K10C1 Series E graphic terminal uses custom-designed applications for simplicity. Additionally, it supports advanced alarm handling, which helps with the storage of information and is also pre-installed with an RS-232 port that is used for online printing. Other notable features of this terminal include screen security, analog gauges, and support for a memory card to enhance better control. It has different ports that connect it to the PLC, Logix controller, or SLC devices.
