The 2711-T10C1 Series D terminal is an Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation touchscreen-enabled operator interface terminal. This multicolor graphics interface terminal is 10.1 inches in size and it has a viewing resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The display screen is an active matrix TFT color display screen with an installation depth of only 3.5 inches. It runs with 85 to 264 Volts AC or 18 to 32 Volts DC voltage supplied through the backplane. The touchscreen is composed of 384 touch cells. The touch cells are able to capture touch and gesture commands. The touchscreen has an actuation rating of 1 million touches. The 2711-T10C1 Series D terminal has no physical keypad. The operator interface terminal comprises a display module, a logic module, and an optional communication module. The display module is used to show information, the logic module is used to process information, and the communication module is used for communication purpose. The logic module houses the serial ports, USB ports, and the RS 232 ports. A printer can also be added to the logic module via the RS-232 port. The communication module is equipped with an Ethernet port for networking and communication. The remote I/O feature of the module supports remote printing.
