As this system module is equipped with RS232 / 422 / 485 which supports DH484 communication protocol, it may be immediately connected to a configuration computer with GML commander installed.

When program is ready to be downloaded, verify that the drive is powered off and start supplying control power to the system module. Diagnostic LEDs of installed axis modules will flash red and green while the system module LED illuminates. When this LED behavior is observed, the system is indicating that logic is ready while the bus power is not active. The LEDs may also display differently to indicate other status such as Flashes green, flashes red, or remains solid red may indicate that incorrect wiring has been detected. It none of the LEDs illuminate, it is possible that the 24VDC control power is not present or below the nominal range. If the normal LED behavior is observe, 380VAC / 460 VAC may be applied to the system.

When 380 / 480 VAC is supplied, the system module LEDs may illuminate in Flashing Green which indicates bus power are active but modules have not been enabled, Flashes red and green, flashes red, or remains solid red or does not illuminate at all may indicate a wiring error. The 1394-SJT22-A module is a GMC Standard system module from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It features a +/-10 Volts DC analog input.
