It is rated at 1200 Amps, 600 Volts AC, 65 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, 65 kAIC at 480 Volts AC, and 100 kAIC at 240 Volts AC, and its dimensions are 6 inches x 9 inches x 16.5 inches. It features an OPTIM 550-trip model, an LSI trip type, and it is a member of the Series C, N Frame family of Cutler-Hammer brand of circuit breakers made by Eaton. The HND312T52W high-interrupting capacity circuit breaker features fixed thermal and magnetic trip units that greatly enhance the level of protection it provides against fault currents such as overload currents below its magnetic pickup level without any intentional delay.
