The JGH3125FAG circuit breaker is a series G circuit breaker from Eaton Cutler-Hammer. The breaker is designed to conform to the Australian, British, Japanese, South African, and other international standards. Additionally, the JGH3125FAG circuit breaker meets specifications by international bodies such as the NEMA, UL, and IEC. The breaker, like other circuit breakers from Eaton Cutler-Hammer, uses a toggle handle for its operating mechanism. However, the mechanism doubles as an indicator for the breaker’s switching position. Note that the indicator can be in the ON, OFF, or TRIPPED position. For the indicator to assume the TRIPPED position, the JGH3125FAG circuit breaker may have encountered conditions such as an overcurrent, undervoltage, shunt release, or a short circuit. To RESET the breaker back to the ON position, the toggle hand must be brought past the OFF position. However, before resetting the breaker, it is recommended to first check and solve the underlying conditions to avoid subsequent trips and damages.
