The IC693MDL940 is a GE-Fanuc 90-3- Series Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) module. This module is a Relay Output module that is designed with Four (4) groups of Four (4) output channels each, total of Sixteen (16) output channels. Each channel of this relay output module is in form of a Normally Open (NO) contact with a maximum current capacity of 2 Amperes pilot duty per output channel while the maximum output capacity per common is 4 Amperes with minimum load of 10 mA.

Each output channel has a maximum OFF to ON transition of 15 ms and ON to OFF transition time of 15 ms with maximum inrush current capacity of 5 Amperes. This module is designed with field side and logic side isolation of 1500 Volts and 500 Volts between groups. This module occupies a single slot of the 90-30 chassis with internal power consumption of 7 mA (all outputs on) from 5 volt bus on backplane and 135 mA (all outputs on) from relay 24V bus on backplane. The IC693MDL940 has a rated operational voltage of 24 volts DC, 120/240 volts AC while the operating voltage range is 5 to 30VDC and 5 to 250VAC, 50/60 Hz.
