Do you offer rush repair services?
Yes, we offer rush repairs and can often repair your product within 1-3 days.
Do you offer exchange credit for my defective unit?
Yes we do offer exchange credit for most defective units. We generally issue a credit after we receive the defective unit or can refund the credit card used for the purchase.
How long do your repairs take?
Most of our repair lead times are 2-4 weeks, but we can often get them done much faster. And our standard repair lead time on Panelviews and HMIs is only 3-5 days!
Does DO Supply carry obsolete Allen Bradley parts?
Yes, we specialize in selling and repairing obsolete Allen Bradley and Eaton Cutler Hammer Products. Some of the main obsolete product lines we sell are PLC 5, SLC 500, Panelview 1000, and 1394 Servo Drives. But we also sell many more!

What shipping methods do you offer?
We can ship via UPS, Fedex or DHL. We can also ship on your account. And we can also give you contact information for courier services in our area if you need it faster.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Wire Transfers, ACH payments, checks, and offer Net 30 terms after approval.
