The 1204-RWC-17-AĀ module is a reflective wave reduction device. It has been manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It has a book-style design. It has a current rating of 17.5 Amps for a voltage rating between 380 and 480 Volts AC and a current rating of 12 Amps for 575 to 600 Volts AC voltage. It uses an IP 20 enclosure to house the internal parts. It is available with a common mode choke feature. It is recommended for a 2 kHz carrier. It can be panel-mounted into the system cabinet. It can be vertically mounted if it comes with a Type 1 enclosure and it can be horizontally mounted if it comes with an open type of enclosure. It is fully certified with the KC standard.

The 1204-RWC-17-A module has been designed to fit the 1336 family of AC drives with the compatible current ratings. The device can only be operated within a temperature range of 0 toĀ 50 degrees Celsius. The environment should haveĀ 5 to 95% non-condensingĀ humidity. The installation atmosphere should not contain hazardous dust, vapor, or liquids. No traces of electromagnetic noise should be present in the installation environment. The reflective wave device can be operated at up to an altitude of 1000 meters without getting derated. The 1204-RWC-17-AĀ module is used to reduce potentially destructive reflected wave spikes that occur with long motor leads. It can be usedĀ as a safety device in modern industries. The device should be properly earthed during the installation process. The 1204-RWC-17-A module reduces the harmful effects of the common-mode noise that is present in the 1336 drives.
