Warranty Coverage

2-Year DO Supply Warranty (Included Free) – Applies to items sold or repaired on or after July 1st, 2024.
3-Year Extended DO Supply Warranty (Optional) – Available for an additional fee; extends your coverage to 36 months from the purchase or repair date.
Specific DO Supply Warranty Details – Refer to your quotation or invoice for product-specific warranty information.

All warranties are issued by DO Supply, not the manufacturer, and will only be honored by DO Supply.

Our DO Supply product warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied.
We disclaim any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement.

We are not liable for any damages except actual damages up to the amount paid for the product.
We are not liable for improper installation or use, damages during return shipments, consequential or indirect damages, or lost profits.

Coverage applies only under normal use conditions.
The DO Supply warranty is void if the defect/issue results from improper installation or incorrect use.
The DO Supply warranty is void if the product is opened or disassembled beyond what is required for normal installation or operation; if the product is altered, modified, or otherwise tampered with; or if any internal component is removed, repaired, or replaced, unless expressly authorized in writing by DO Supply.
DO Supply reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement with an identical product.
