Warranty Coverage

• 2-Year Warranty – Applies to items sold or repaired on or after July 1st, 2024.
• Specific Warranty Details – Refer to your quotation/invoice for specific product warranty information.

Warranty Issuance

• All warranties are issued by DO Supply, not the manufacturer, and will only be honored by DO Supply.

Warranty Disclaimer

• Our product warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied.
• We disclaim any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose, and/or non-infringement.

Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for any damages except actual damages up to the amount paid for the product.
• We are not liable for improper installation or use, damages during return shipments, consequential or indirect damages, or lost profits.

Warranty Conditions

• Coverage applies only under normal use conditions.
• The warranty is void if the defect/issue results from improper installation or incorrect use.
• DO Supply reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement with an identical product.
