VG2000 Series
Johnson Controls' VG2000 Series valves are flanged globe valves made of cast iron. They can regulate the flow of steam and water in HVAC systems, and they can operate with hot or chilled water. The VG2000 Series includes 2-way push-down-to-close models,2-way push-down-to-open models, and 3-way mixing models. VG2000 Series valves are also available with optional pneumatic and electric actuators. Valves with actuators must be installed with the actuator positioned at or above the centerline. The VG2000 Series valves have brass trim. They are available with valve sizes between 2.5 and 6 inches and support modified linear inherent flow characteristics.

VG7000 Series
The Johnson Controls VG7000 Series valves are bronze control valves that regulate steam and water flow in HVAC systems. They have cast bronze bodies, brass bonnets, and brass or stainless steel trim. These valves are available in 3-way mixing models and in 2-way models with normally open/push-down-to-close setups or normally closed/push-down-to-open setups. The 3-way valves have linear flow characteristics, and the 2-way valves have equal percentage flow characteristics. The VG7000 Series valves can support 50/50 glycol solutions in addition to hot and chilled water service. These valves can be controlled by pneumatic or electric actuators.

VG1000 Series
Johnson Controls VG1000 Series ball valves are flanged ball valves that regulate water and glycol solutions flowing in HVAC systems. They are compatible with hot and chilled water and 50/50 glycol solutions. The VG1000 Series ball valves are available in sizes between 2.5 and 6 inches and in 2-way or 3-way models. They support various valve, actuator, and linkage assemblies and are compatible with spring-return actuators and non-spring-return actuators. The VG1000 Series valves have brass bodies, ductile iron flanges, and stainless steel stem and ball assemblies.

The A-4400 Series air dryers are available in 3 flow-capacity sizes, and all 3 fit the same universal cabinet. The 3 flow capacity sizes are 5.7 L/s, 8 L/s, and 10.9 L/s.

V47 Series
The Johnson Controls V47 Series modulated valves are water control valves. They regulate water flow to maintain temperature levels. The Bulletin V47A valves open when the temperature increases at the bulb, and the Bulletin V47N valves close when the temperature decreases at the bulb. The V47 Series valves can connect to heat exchangers to control the operating temperatures of air compressors and internal combustion engines. These valves are easy to flush manually when necessary, and they are designed to minimize water hammering. The V47 Series valves support up to 150 psig of water pressure and 160 degrees Fahrenheit of water temperature.

V46 Series
Johnson Controls V46 Series valves can regulate water flow in open or closed systems. These modulating valves are pressure-actuated, and direct-acting valve models open when pressure increases. V46 Series valves are often used in water-cooled condensers in refrigeration systems. They can also support applications in ice machines, ice cream machines, and air conditioning units for computer rooms. These valves can regulate the flow of glycol as well as water. The V46 valves can withstand high levels of hydraulic shock and are designed to reduce water hammering and chattering. Their water passages have no close-fitting or sliding parts to obstruct flow.
