Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • Defective Items (Within 30 Days) ‐ A full refund will be issued if the item is found to be defective within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Defective Items (After 30 Days) – Refer to our Warranty Policy. DO Supply reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement with an identical product.
  • Misordered Items ‐ Can be returned within 30 days if in the same condition as ordered. 25% restocking fee applies.

Core Exchanges

  • Credit – We offer an exchange credit for most non-working units, applied as a dollar amount off a current order.
  • Process – The credit takes effect after the defective items are sent in and results in a discount from the original sale price of the item to be purchased.
  • International Buyers – DO Supply reserves the right to not offer an exchange for international buyers due to shipping and customs costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders under $5,000 – Can be canceled prior to shipment with no restocking fee.
  • Orders over or equal to $5,000 – Can be canceled prior to shipment with a 25% restocking fee.
