The 1333-BAN drive is an adjustable frequency AC drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This is a 3-phase drive with an input voltage of 380, 415, and 460 Volts AC, producing 5.3 kVA, 5.8 kVA, and 6.4 kVA, respectively, and the output kVA is 3.9, 4.3, and 4.8 kVA at 380, 415 and 460 Volts AC, respectively. The 1333-BAN drive also features a Horsepower rating of 3 Horsepower at 2.2 kilowatts and a frequency range of 50 to 60 Hertz. Other specifications of this drive include an input current of 8.0 Amps as well as an output current of 6.0 Amps. It also has a total heat dissipation rating of 250 Watts at 853 BTU per hour. The operators of this drive must ensure that these 4 control inputs are present; the Start, Stop, Speed Reference, and the Auxiliary Interlock input, for the drive to operate correctly.

The Allen-Bradley 1333-BAN drive allows for connections via the 8-point terminal block that is placed beneath the main control board. The users are advised to disconnect the unit from the power supply as well as any other motor that may be connected to prevent harmful effects during the installation of the 1333-BAN adjustable frequency drive. This drive must be handled by qualified technicians only. This drive features a display as well as LED indicators that enhance troubleshooting and monitoring. The LCD displays error codes that enable smooth and seamless troubleshooting of this drive or of the motor connected to this drive. The NEC guidelines require that the motor overload protection be included within the motor branch circuit.
