1333-YAA

The 1333-YAA is a variable frequency Alternating Current drive from Allen Bradley. This drive weighs approximately 4.25 kilograms and can be operated from the programming panel on the local control without an external signal. local control can only be possible if the jumper at terminals 17 and 16 is used. The 1333-YAA has a Horsepower rating of 2 and a real power rating of 2.2 kilowatts. The drive operates in either single or 3-phase power supply. When operated from a single-phase voltage supply of 230 Volts AC, the 1333-YAA has an input current rating of 9.5 Amperes and 9.0 Amperes when a three-phase power supply is used. The drive has a control and a signal wiring terminal block, which can be accessed by removing the top cover of the drive. Additionally, the 1333-YAA has two switches (SW1 and SW2), and two grounding terminals located at each comer on the lower part of the drive. The control and signal wiring terminal block (TB) has 24 slots.

The first 18 terminals on the terminal block are meant for input signals (external speed potentiometer, logic, start, stop, reverse, jog, auxiliary interlock, etc.) while the remaining terminals (19-24) are meant for an output signal. The input and output terminals accommodate a 16 AWG wiring cable at a recommended torque of 0.791 N-m, while for protection, the 1333-YAA uses an FRS-R-15 Bussmann fuse, which is 0.8 inches in diameter and 5 inches in length. This fuse has a slow blow/time delay feature. It is rated at 15 Amperes and weighs around 74.84 grams. As with all variable frequency drives in the 1333 series, the 1333-YAA should be stored in a dry and clean area with a temperature that does not exceed 65 degrees Celsius or drop below -25 degrees Celsius, with a non-condensing relative humidity of between 5 and 95 percent.

To set up how the drive responds in the event of a fault, the reset lockout terminals should be used both when jumpered or when not. When the lockout terminals are jumpered, the drive can only be reset (after a fault) by switching the drive’s input power off and then on. The 1333-YAA adjustable frequency drive should be installed in a housing compartment that meets the NEMA 1/IP20 specifications; additionally, the 1333-YAA can accommodate an input voltage of either 200, 230, or 208 Volts of AC in either single or three-phase voltage inputs at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. The 1333-YAA has a total heat dissipation of 170 Watts, an output current rating of 8.0, and 4.5 Amperes for 3-phase and single-phase input voltages respectively.
