The 1336-B005-EAD-FA2-L2 drive is a product of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation and it is part of the 1336 drive series. This adjustable frequency AC drive is enclosed in a large frame that measures 11.13 x 8.76 x 18.75 inches. It is an AC-operated drive and it comes with a maximum frequency capacity of 50 to 60 Hertz. Additionally, this drive features a maximum torque of 2.26 N-m. The Allen-Bradley 1336-B005-EAD-FA2-L2 AC drive has a “B” drive rating that means that it can be used with 3 different voltages. It produces an output of 6.3 kVA at 380 Volts AC, 6.9 kVA at an input voltage of 415 Volts AC, and 7.6 kVA at 460 Volts AC. Since this drive operates at a high input voltage, it requires a wire with prefect electricity conduction as well as heat conduction to help prevent the other components from being damaged. It is therefore recommended that the 75 degrees Celsius rated copper wire be used with a maximum wire size of 16 millimeters.

Other features of the Allen-Bradley 1336-B005-EAD-FA2-L2 adjustable frequency AC drive are the IP 20 NEMA Type 1 enclosure and a +24 Volts DC Logic Interface Board option. The enclosure rating is essential for protecting the drive against falling dirt. It also prevents objects that are smaller than 12 millimeters from entering the drive.
