The 1336-MOD-G2 is an adjustable frequency drive, manufactured by Allen-Bradley, which runs on 14 AMPS through a self-powered source, the Logic interface of L3, and a DeviceNet Communication alternative. This type of variable frequency drive, the 1336-MOD-G2, is meant to handle maximum precision and monitoring of induction motors. The product comes with numerous output power ratings that range from 5 to 300 AMPS; to offer maximum protection in an industrial environment, the series comes with two types of enclosures, which are IP00 and IP20. Additionally, the 1336-MOD-G2 module can be programmed and manipulated via its serial communication ports, remote control panels, or local control. Bear in mind that the 1336-MOD-G2 is specifically designed to withstand industrial environments, and offers the capabilities that are required to run the factory floor efficiently. This module features an Input voltage range from 200 to 240 Volts, 380 to 480 Volts, or 575 Volts, and Output-voltage range from 0 up to the input voltage ratings.  Additionally, this module’s enclosure types comprise IP00 Open, IP2 NEMA Type 1 Enclosed, or IP65 NEMA Type 4 Enclosed and have a carrier frequency ranging from 1 to 12 kHz, 1 to 6 kHz, or 1 to 4 kHz. This module’s standard features, which also increase its value and make it greater than other drives, include a high performing digital velocity circlet and a simple programming system with parameter tables and parameter storage. This device is designed in a unique way to allow it to be compatible with different communication interfaces; it also comes with a Field oriented current loop that is controlled by a microprocessor, and additional diagnostic testing and protection features that include an over speed detector, programmable motor and inverter overload protection, and Programmable stall detection.
