The 1336-BDB-SP38C is a printed circuit board (PCB) that has been manufactured and designed by Allen-Bradley. This circuit board consists of the main driver board and it is included in the Allen-Bradley 1336 series accessories catalog. The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP38C printed circuit board (PCB) is fully compatible with drives from the 1336 Impact, Force, and Plus II series. This circuit board will require the same specifications as the drive that is going to be used with it. All these drives have been designed to operate in indoor environments and avoid contact with liquids, the circuit board will receive a level of protection according to the housing of the drive. The recommended temperature range for both the drive and this board goes from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius.

The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP38C printed circuit board (PCB) is used with drives that come with a voltage rating of 460 Volts AC and a Horsepower rating of 200 Horsepower. Only one part is required per drive. Generally, the part is installed with Frame E 1336 drives. The 1336-BDB-SP38C printed circuit board (PCB) is located in the front part of the drive along with the main circuit board and it is attached to multiple components. It controls the power and frequency of the drive and often when it is damaged, it can be reflected in backlit failures that directly affect the human-machine interface of the drive.  Other faults derived from a damaged circuit board are microprocessor faults, internal power faults, and direct faults that originate in the control board. This circuit is also responsible for starting the drive.
