The 1336-BDB-SP45A gate drive printed circuit board (PCB) is used as an amplifier drive for the Allen-Bradley 1336 adjustable frequency drives, and the PCB is also designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley. It is available in a G Frame and it operates with a voltage rating of 460 Volts AC. The power rating of the gate drive PCB  for a normal operating condition is 400 Horsepower. The PCB needs a specific temperature to operate properly. The temperature should lie within a range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. A relatively humid environment is also necessary with 0 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity. It is easy to replace and install in an existing adjustable frequency drive. The 1336-BDB-SP45A PCB is usually installed behind the main board of the drive in the upper corner. Mounting screws are available on the back of the PCB which is used to mount it against the mainboard. This PCB is not waterproof.



 



The 1336-BDB-SP45A PCB receives an input voltage supply and it will amplify the input voltage if the voltage is not sufficient to power all the components of the drive it is attached to. The PCB is fully compatible with all the 1336 series drives. The 1336 adjustable frequency drive provides speed and torque regulation to 3-phase devices by using a motor control algorithm which includes Volts per Hertz control, Sensorless vector control, and Vector control with Force Technology. The 1336-BDB-SP45A PCB can be operated at up to a maximum altitude of 2000 meters above sea level without getting derated. It can also withstand shocks and vibrations of up to 30 G.
