The 1336-BDB-SP67D is a printed circuit board (PCB), intended as a spare part for a “Gate Driver” module that belongs in the series of 230 Volt, 1336s PLUS, 1336F PLUS II, 1336T FORCE and 1336E IMPACT Adjustable Frequency AC Drives. The 1336-BDB-SP67D module is meant to replace an obsolete part in a 125 HP drive which has a “Frame E” size.



To reduce factory units downtime, a stock of at least one 1336-BDB-SP67D replacement PCB kit is recommended for each drive found in a factory of the above-listed series and types.



The 1336-BDB-SP67D repairing kit replaces the previous A and C revisions of the 1336-BDB-SP67, (the 1336-BDB-SP67D A and the 1336-BDB-SP67C); these two parts are now obsolete, replaced by the 1336-BDB-SP67D.



These 1336 Adjustable Frequency AC Drives perform intensive diagnostics during both the startup and the operation phases; when any fault is detected, a relevant error code is displayed on the drive’s front Human Module Interface (HMI) or display panel. These error codes can be interpreted and resolved using Detailed Troubleshooting Guides and Service Manuals available for all 1336 Adjustable Frequency AC Drives.



Errors related to the 1336-BDB-SP67D PCB kit are usually hardware faults, as the self Diagnostics of the 1336 Drive unit will initiate a “HARD” error code, and cause a shutdown or prevent motor startup.



The 1336-BDB-SP67D kit is needed if the troubleshooting procedure requires the “replacement of Base Driver/PowerSupply Boards” or explicitly the “Gate Driver Board”.



Drive Components usually contain hazardous voltage levels; some electronic element may be charged with serious voltage levels even when the drive is powered off. The user must take total care to adhere to the safety instructions provided in this module’s service manual. If these instructions are not adhered to, and incorrect installation of the 1336-BDB-SP67D module takes place, operating this module may result in serious injury or life-threatening situations.
