The 1336-RLOAD-SP7A board is a spare part kit from Allen-Bradley which contains a load resistor for Allen-Bradley 1336 series variable frequency drives such as the 1336 IMPACT, FORCE, PLUS II, and PLUS drives. The 1336 series of AC drives are solid-state drives that feature advanced technologies such as sensorless vector control and they offer output power ratings ranging from 0.5 to 800 Horsepower (0.37 to 597 kilowatts). The 1336 series drives are available in multiple enclosures including the IP 00, IP 20, IP 54, and IP 65 rated enclosures. The 1336-RLOAD-SP7A board can be used with Frame F 1336 drives rated at 460 Volts AC from several 1336 product lines with output voltage ratings ranging from 250 to 450 Horsepower. Seven such board spare parts kits are required for each drive.

The 1336-RLOAD-SP7A board is also compatible with 575 Volts AC rated Frame F drives from the Allen-Bradley 1336 IMPACT, FORCE, PLUS II, and PLUS product lines which have output power rated at either 350 or 400 Horsepower. Hazardous voltages are present inside drives containing the 1336-RLOAD-SP7A board and it can lead to fatal injuries. Therefore, drive repair should commence only when the users consult the troubleshooting manual or work under guidance from Allen-Bradley technical support representatives. It is essential that the voltage on the DC bus capacitors, as measured on the terminal block TB1, is 0.0 Volts prior to initiating any activity on the drive. Additionally, the AC drives should not be installed in an area where corrosive or volatile gases, vapors, or dust are present. Unused drives and unused 1336-RLOAD-SP7A boards should be stored in locations where they will be safe from corrosive elements.
