The Allen-Bradley 74101-169-56 PCB (Rev 16) is a spare part printed circuit board for the 1336 (STEF) drives. This board is shipped as an assembly kit containing 1 gate drive board. The 74101-169-56 PCB is backward-compatible with the 1336-BDB-SP37A series A through C gate drive boards, and it is located on the power module between the drive’s the control board and the drive's main chassis. The 74101-169-56 PCB is designed for the E-Frame 1336 Force, Plus, Impact and Plus II AC drives with input ratings of 460 Volts AC and total power ratings of 150 Horsepower. It is tested for perfect working conditions every time the drive’s power module is removed. This test involves checking the VR1 through VR6 diodes and the F1 and F3 diodes for open conditions.



 



The 74101-169-56 PCB is designed to be field installable. To install it, remove the enclosure and turn off the power. Check for the absence of control voltage and for a zero voltage rating at the TB1 terminals. Detach the drive’s main control board to access the gate drive board. Check the troubleshooting guide “1336 IMPACT-6.2," "1336 FORCE-6.2," or "1336 PLUS-6.2” for steps on how to install and remove drive parts. Replace the PCB with a new one and attach the jumper connectors. The 74101-169-56 gate drive PCB has a working ambient temperature range of 0 to 55 degrees Celsius and a relative humidity range of 5 to 95%, non-condensing. Like every 1336 drive component, this board can function optimally at a maximum height of 1000 meters above sea level without de-rating, and it can withstand a maximum shock of 15g for 11 milliseconds.
