The 1336 Plus II drive series offers a uniform design for all of its drives and a universal range of accessories and spare parts that reduces installation time and inventory requirements. To achieve precise and consistent drive control, setup, and operation, the 1336F-A007-AN-EN-HAS2-LA4-L6 drive uses digitally-programmed features such as the flying start mode, slip compensation, up to 7 programmable preset speeds, programmable dual acceleration and deceleration times, and the programmable overload protection feature. The 1336F-A007-AN-EN-HAS2-LA4-L6 drive is suitable for applications that require precise and quick starting because of its flying start option. By using the flying start option, the 1336F-A007-AN-EN-HAS2-LA4-L6 drive will automatically determine the speed and direction of a rotating motor and digitally match this speed and then drive the motor to the programmed speed setting.

It also has a sensorless vector control mode which delivers higher torque performance levels at lower speeds (it can operate at speeds as low as 15 RPM). The 1336F-A007-AN-EN-HAS2-LA4-L6 drive provides the users with 2 standard digital input contacts and 4 digital output contacts.
