The 1336F-A020-AA-EN-HAS2-L4E adjustable frequency drive is an AC drive that is manufactured and distributed by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation in the 1336 PLUS II series. It is a 200 to 240 Volts AC rated general-purpose drive that is typically used in applications that require precise control of a 3-phase motor’s speed and torque. Its typical applications include applications with conveyor belts, compressors, and fans. The 1336F-A020-AA-EN-HAS2-L4E drive generates 15 kilowatts or 20 Horsepower of maximum output motor power and it operates at 50/60 Hertz frequency. It is a 3-phase drive but it also supports single-phase operation with significant derating (up to 50% derating). The input current rating of the drive is 65 Amps and the apparent power rating is 26 kVA. If the ambient temperature goes higher than the specified operating temperature range, output derating or drive damage will occur. A snap-in human-machine interface or HMI which is also a programmer/controller module is included with the 1336F-A020-AA-EN-HAS2-L4E drive. The HMI contains a programmer keypad and display screen for easy programming and drive monitoring. The HMI is also provided with a digital speed potentiometer. The 1336F-A020-AA-EN-HAS2-L4E drive also comes with a 5 Volts DC rated contact closure interface board with encoder feedback. This control interface is useful in applications where exceptional speed regulation is needed.
