It uses adjustable frequency and pulse width modulation or PWM for accurate and reliable motor speed and torque control. It is a part of the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series of general-performance drives. The 1336F-AQF50-AA-EN-HCS1-LA2-L4 adjustable frequency drive has a small frame (Size A3), a NEMA Type 1 or IP 20 rated enclosure, and it comes with screw mounting holes for easy mounting. This drive requires an input or supply voltage rating of 200 to 240 Volts AC or 310 Volts DC. The 1336F-AQF50-AA-EN-HCS1-LA2-L4 adjustable frequency drive’s distinguishing features include the flying start, integral process PI controller, auto-tuning, step logic, and the selectable fault reset and run options. During a power interruption, the ride-thru feature allows the drive to continue to operate at a full load for 15 milliseconds. This drive also includes an "auto economizer" function to reduce energy costs by lowering the motor’s output voltage during idle load conditions. The 1336F-AQF50-AA-EN-HCS1-LA2-L4 adjustable frequency drive comes installed at the factory with a flexible interface module which provides 2 isolated inputs that can be configured via jumpers. Furthermore, the drive’s HMI comes with a built-in analog speed potentiometer and the drive also has a 5 Volts DC rated TTL contact type of control interface.
