The main purpose of the drive is to control 3-phase low-inductance motors and to improve the system’s performance levels. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-GM5-HAS2 drive is programmed in English by default and the enclosure of the drive has an IP 20 (NEMA Type 1) protection rating. The enclosure can keep out small amounts of dust but it is not waterproof. This 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive features adjustable frequency, sensorless vector control, Volts per Hertz control, high levels of starting acceleration, several programmable functions, simple tuning options, and a dynamic current control option.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B015-AA-EN-GM5-HAS2 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive is compatible with power supplies that can supply it with an input voltage range of 380 to 480 Volts AC. The drive provides a maximum output power rating of 11 kilowatts or 15 Horsepower and it has AC input overvoltage and under-voltage trip ratings of 570 Volts AC and 280 Volts AC, respectively. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-GM5-HAS2 drive comes with some special features in addition to its standard features. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-GM5-HAS2 drive supports communication with other devices through the DeviceNet network protocol. Additionally, the drive has an integrated human-machine interface with a snap-in design.
