The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-LA1-L4 drive is a microprocessor-controlled and fully programmable digital adjustable frequency drive from the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series. It operates with adjustable frequency and it uses pulse width modulation (PWM) to precisely control the connected asynchronous or induction motor. Its switching or carrier frequency ranges from 2 to 8 kilohertz, with a nominal switching frequency rating of 4 kilohertz. The drive features IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors) to minimize acoustic noise at lower carrier frequencies. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-LA1-L4 drive's enclosure has a NEMA Type 1 enclosure protection rating. The housing includes 4 screw holes to allow for easy and secure screw mounting, typically inside a control cabinet. The drive is rated for a 3-phase input voltage range of 380 to 480 Volts AC at 50/60 Hertz. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-LA1-L4 drive is capable of operating in both constant torque and variable torque modes. In the event of a power outage, the Allen-Bradley 1336F-B015-AA-EN-LA1-L4 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive uses its "ride-thru" feature that allows it to run at full load for a limited period of time (15 milliseconds). In addition to the ride-thru feature, the drive also supports the slip compensation, step logic, auto economizer, and auto-tuning features. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-LA1-L4 drive ships with an analog interface module that is pre-installed on Slot B of the drive’s TB2 analog I/O terminal. Two single-ended high-resolution analog outputs are included with the LA1 analog I/O module and they are labeled “Output 0” and “Output 1.” Output 0 can be configured for operation at 0 to 10 Volts or 0 to 20 milliamps, while Output 1 can be configured only for operation at 0 to 20 milliamps. This analog I/O module also supports a single-ended and non-isolated input which is configurable. The 1336F-B015-AA-EN-LA1-L4 drive also comes with a TTL contact type of control interface.
