The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B015-AE-EN-L6 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive is a motor control drive that includes real-time preventive maintenance features and customized status and fault reporting. The operating conditions of the drive can be reported through an optional human-machine interface module if one is installed or through any communications port that is configured correctly. The main objective of these maintenance functions is to prevent faults from affecting operation or damaging the drive. The 1336F-B015-AE-EN-L6 drive has a small size that helps conserve valuable installation panel space. Its design also includes a planer construction and a laminar bus design that helps eliminate most of the internal cables and connectors that are common in older types of adjustable frequency drive. These features increase the 1336F-B015-AE-EN-L6 drive’s reliability and reduce its internal inductance levels, thereby reducing its snubber losses and improving its IGBT performance.
The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B015-AE-EN-L6 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive has technology that promotes torque production. This technology is called senseless vector control and it consists of a flux vector control option that varies the frequency, amplitude, and phase of the AC voltage supply in order to maintain the required speed and torque ratings of the motor that is connected to the drive. This technology also enables the connected motor to reach an exceptional torque level during operation. The 1336F-B015-AE-EN-L6 drive has been designed with different control features that enable it to be programmed and controlled on-site. Besides the 115 Volts AC rated control interface option, this drive has no built-in interfaces but it can be equipped with optional human-machine interfaces and other interface modules if needed. The 1336F-B015-AE-EN-L6 drive also comes with an auto economizer function and a process PI controller option.
