The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B015-AN-EN-GM1 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive has been manufactured with a simple built-in communication module. This communication module has been designed to serve as a bridge between the adjustable frequency drive and other industrial devices so that they can communicate and exchange data with each other. This communication module consists of a single Remote I/O communication channel and it is specially designed for Size B frames. The 1336F-B015-AN-EN-GM1 adjustable frequency drive cannot operate properly until after it has been programmed. The parameters that are used to program the drive are easy to select and to customize, but the drive needs to be connected to a human-machine interface or another external device that can perform all of the required programming functions. This drive comes with 3 skip frequencies, 7 preset speeds, a proactive current limit, a flying start, and a dynamic braking function that the operators can use in several different applications.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B015-AN-EN-GM1 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive does not come with a strong enclosure. All it has is an open IP 00 rated enclosure. Because this drive and its components are sensitive to dust, liquids, and corrosive materials, it is recommended to install it inside a protective cabinet. This drive can operate at up to 50 degrees Celsius since its open enclosure promotes ventilation. Other recommended environmental conditions for optimal operation include a relative humidity range of 5 to 95 percent without condensation and a maximum altitude of 1000 meters. The 1336F-B015-AN-EN-GM1 adjustable frequency drive includes different diagnostic tools that diagnose different fault conditions in real-time during operations. These faults can be reported through an optional human-machine interface or through the drive’s SCANport communications port. This drive will start performing its diagnostics functions every time it is powered up and during its whole run-time.
