The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-GM6-HCS2-L9E drive is an advanced adjustable frequency drive from the 1336 PLUS II series. It can control Allen-Bradley induction motors in commercial and industrial applications. The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-GM6-HCS2-L9E adjustable frequency drive’s output frequency range varies from 0 to 400 Hertz and it uses this frequency to control a motor’s speed. The input voltage rating of the drive is from 380 to 480 Volts AC. It can be directly connected to AC systems that are stable. However, isolation devices and filters have to be used with AC systems that are prone to experience power outages and voltage variations. The maximum rated output power of the 1336F-B020-AA-EN-GM6-HCS2-L9E drive is 20 Horsepower with 3-phase input voltage at 4 kilohertz of PWM carrier frequency. All the drive specifications and ratings listed in the manual are valid for 4 kilohertz of PWM frequency. The range of supported PWM frequencies is from 2 to 8 kilohertz.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-GM6-HCS2-L9E 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive is available in an IP 20 rated NEMA Type 1 enclosure that is designed for vertical mounting. It features an integrated HMI with a digital potentiometer, programmer/controller support, English language support, and data upload/download support. An enhanced DeviceNet communication module is also installed on the 1336F-B020-AA-EN-GM6-HCS2-L9E drive. The control interface on the 1336F-B020-AA-EN-GM6-HCS2-L9E drive is rated at 115 Volts AC and it supports encoder feedback for use with encoder loss detection. The drive nameplate is attached to the bottom part of the chassis behind the front cover of the drive. Proper heat dissipation is required to keep the ambient temperature within its specified range. Only trained technicians should install and operate the drive.
