The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA6-L5 adjustable frequency drive is a general-purpose industrial motor control drive designed by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation in the 1336 PLUS II series. It has nominal output power ratings of 20 Horsepower or 15 kilowatts for constant torque loads and nominal output power ratings of 25 Horsepower or 18.5 kilowatts for variable torque loads. It operates at 380 to 480 Volts AC of input voltage. The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA6-L5 drive comes in an IP 20 or NEMA Type 1 enclosure that is suitable for use in non-hazardous indoor environments. It is compact in size but it has all of the functionalities that are required to control AC induction motors. These functionalities include auto-tuning, step logic, fully adjustable Volts per Hertz control, slip compensation, and optional dynamic braking functionalities. The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA6-L5 drive has a 24 Volts AC/DC rated control interface and an analog interface with an analog input and a thermistor input.

Although it is designed to be simple, the Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA6-L5 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive supports a multitude of add-on options such as flexible analog inputs and outputs, digital inputs and outputs, encoder feedback inputs, and serial communication options. It has transient voltage protection which protects the drive from line transients of up to 6 kilovolts. Furthermore, the drive is resistant to up to 1.5 kilovolts of control logic noise and it is protected against motor overloads, output short circuits, undervoltage, and overvoltage situations. The 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA6-L5 drive can operate at temperatures ranging from 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes a human-machine interface module with a built-in digital potentiometer for effortless full-range speed control. For normal operation, the 1336F-B020-AA-EN-HCS2-LA6-L5 drive should be mounted at elevations below 3300 feet and used at relative humidity levels between 5 and 95 percent without condensation.
