The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-L5 adjustable frequency drive is a 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive that is intended to control variable speed motors which need to operate at different speed and torque ratings during the same application process. This drive comes with a control technology that promotes exceptional torque production. This technology is known as sensorless vector control technology that can precisely modify the frequency of the drive to change or maintain the motor’s rated speed. The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-L5 adjustable frequency drive also includes different diagnostics features that prevent or minimize the occurrence of faults during operations. The diagnostics features include an alarm system with 6 different alarms that each indicate specific issues. These 5 alarms can all be differentiated from one another and it is recommended that supervisors know what each alarm means so that they can address the fault as quickly as possible to minimize and reduce damage. Faults can also be reported through an optional human-machine interface if one is installed.
The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-L5 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive does not include a built-in human-machine interface or a built-in analog interface, but it does include a control interface that is rated at 24 Volts AC and DC. This drive operates with an input frequency range of 50 to 60 Hertz and an input voltage range of 380 to 480 Volts AC. Its output power rating is 15 kilowatts or 20 Horsepower. The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-L5 adjustable frequency drive cannot operate before it has been programmed to meet the specific needs of its connected motor and the motor’s applications. The parameters that are used to program the drive are easy to select and program, but a programming device like a PC or a human-machine interface needs to be installed before the drive can be programmed. The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B020-AA-EN-L5 adjustable frequency drive comes with 3 skip frequencies, 7 preset speeds, a proactive current limit, a flying start, and a dynamic braking function as some of its key features.
