When this drive and a compatible motor operate together, they operate with controlled speed and torque ratings that can be changed according to what is required by the current application and according to the programming settings of the drive. This drive controls the connected motor and at the same time, it helps prolong the life of the motor due to its controlled acceleration and deceleration processes that cause as little friction as possible. The 1336F-B020-AA-ES-L4 drive comes with 6 drive alarms that provide feedback about different fault conditions that could cause errors, malfunctioning, or even damage the drive or the motor. These possible fault conditions include overcurrent, over-voltage, overcurrent stall, overvoltage stall, over-temperature, encoder loss, single-phase, ground fault, and external signal faults.

The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B020-AA-ES-L4 1336 PLUS II series adjustable frequency drive includes multiple programmable features such as the dual acceleration and deceleration profiles, 3 skip frequencies, the DC injection braking and dynamic braking options, and the slip compensation feature. This drive can also be programmed with a negative slip compensation feature in some applications. The drive comes with a TTL contact interface module as a control interface. This control interface is the only interface module that comes with the drive. The 1336F-B020-AA-ES-L4 adjustable frequency drive has been manufactured in compact dimensions that help it fit into almost any panel space and make it easy to install. This drive also includes a DC cooling fan which helps it to keep its internal temperature at 0 to 40 degrees Celsius or 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit during operation. The 1336F-B020-AA-ES-L4 drive must be installed in a vertical position so it can operate properly.
