The 1336 PLUS II series 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 motor control drive is an adjustable frequency drive that was manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This Allen-Bradley drive features a powerful vector control algorithm called the “Sensorless Vector Control” or “SVC” algorithm. This microprocessor-based motor control drive has a Size C frame and it measures approximately 302 millimeters in width, 701 millimeters in height, and 225 millimeters in depth. This drive has a drive-mounted keypad for easy drive configuration, a standard NEMA Type 1 enclosure, and a factory-installed control interface with TTL contact support. This 1336 PLUS II drive is designed for controlling the speed of 3-phase induction motors and its nominal motor output power rating is 30 kilowatts or 40 Horsepower. The 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 drive is simple to install, set up, and operate, and with its sensorless vector control technology, it can determine the adjustments to output current and frequency that it needs to make to maintain the required motor speed under a variety of motor loads. The enhanced acceleration torque that is supported by the 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 drive allows it to operate even with challenging motor loads.
The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive includes a programmer/controller type of human-machine interface that can be used for setting and adjusting the drive’s parameters, and which also has an analog speed potentiometer. The 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 drive’s input voltage range is from 380 to 480 Volts AC (3-phase). At the rated input voltage, it supports a continuous output power capacity of 48 kVA and an output current capacity of 60 Amps. To provide short circuit protection, a 250 Amps-rated circuit breaker and a 100 Amps-rated motor circuit protector should be installed on the 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 drive. In addition to the sensorless vector control technology, the 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-L4 drive has a Volts per Hertz control technology option which cannot match the sensorless vector control technology’s advanced torque ratings but which is adaptable enough to control a wide range of different standard induction motors that do not have advanced torque requirements.
