The Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-LA2-L6 drive is a high-performance AC-powered motor control drive developed for demanding motor control applications. It is a microprocessor-based AC drive that offers quiet motor operation, high levels of motor efficiency, and smooth low-speed torque performance through the use of IGBTs, or insulated gate bipolar transistors. This 1336 PLUS II drive variant is capable of generating up to 40 Horsepower of nominal output power and it is rated at 380 to 480 Volts AC 3-phase input voltage with 50 to 60 Hertz of input frequency. This drive has a human-machine interface with a built-in analog speed potentiometer, a simple and intuitive digital programming interface, a digital display panel, and a keypad. The human-machine interface's display panel enables easy drive monitoring, diagnostics, and error reporting. The 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-LA2-L6 drive has a compact design and a laminar bus that minimizes internal inductance levels and increases the IGBT performance. The drive includes multiple sensors and an innovative sensorless vector motor control algorithm that gives it the ability to start low-inductance motors.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-LA2-L6 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive is available in an enclosure with an ingress protection class rating of IP 20. This drive also supports complete external brake and brake chopper kits, which provide additional options for stopping the connected motor when necessary. With its selectable sensorless vector control and Volts per Hertz control modes, the 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-LA2-L6 drive is suitable for controlling both basic and advanced types of induction motors. It comes with a 115 Volts AC-rated control interface. The 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-LA2-L6 drive also includes a pre-installed analog input interface module with 2 galvanically isolated analog inputs that can be configured independently for different functions in the control system. These inputs can be powered by current or voltage power. The 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HAS1-LA2-L6 motor control drive also supports an optional external EMC filter.
