It is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation and it is part of the 1336 PLUS II series of microprocessor-based pulse-width-modulated drives. It features sensorless vector control technology. The 1336F-B040-AA-EN-HASB-L4 drive is available in an enclosure with an IP 20 ingress protection rating that is suitable for most non-hazardous indoor environments. To operate properly, the drive must be installed in a clean environment. It can be installed in an additional enclosure for a higher degree of protection.
