The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B040-AE-FR drive is a 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive. The drive is available in a NEMA Type 1 enclosure. The protection rating of the enclosure is IP 20 and the drive enclosure is EMC-compatible. The 1336F-B040-AE-FR drive is a modular drive with several slots for hosting optional modules. However, none of the slots on the drive are occupied by optional modules by default. The drive’s operators can select from a variety of optional HMI modules that support different combinations of potentiometers, programmer features, and data upload/download capabilities and install one. The 1336F-B040-AE-FR drive can also support communication modules that include Enhanced DeviceNet, DeviceNet, single-point remote I/O and serial (RS-232/422/485) communication modules. The optional control interface modules that are compatible with the 1336F-B040-AE-FR drive include TTL contact, 115 Volts AC, and 24 Volts AC/DC-rated control interface modules.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B040-AE-FR 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive can also support 2 different optional analog interface modules at a time. These optional analog I/O modules come with different combinations of current or voltage-powered input and output channels for making different types of connections. The 1336F-B040-AE-FR drive has a nominal output power rating of 40 Horsepower. It only works with 3-phase input voltage that is rated between 380 and 480 Volts AC. This drive can operate in French or English. For optimal operation, the 1336F-B040-AE-FR drive requires an ambient temperature range from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and an operating altitude of 0 to 1000 meters above sea level. The 1336F-B040-AE-FR motor control drive cools via natural convection. A heatsink attached to the drive helps to improve the drive’s heat dissipation process.
