The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 drive from the Allen-Bradley 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive that is designed for use in a wide range of industrial automation system applications. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 drive can operate with a 3-phase AC power supply that provides it with 380 to 480 Volts AC of input voltage. It is rated for 50/60 Hertz of operating frequency. This Allen-Bradley drive is designed to be simple to install, program, and operate. It is available in a Size C frame and it has a compact design that allows for simple and flexible installation. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 drive can control a wide variety of 3-phase induction motors. Its nominal output power rating is 40 Horsepower. It does not have a protective enclosure but it can operate at ambient temperatures of up to 50 degrees Celsius. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 drive is designed for use with variable speed motors that can operate with constant torque speed ranges of 120:1. When configured to operate in the Volts per Hertz control mode via programming, it can control multiple motors.

The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive operates with Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) carrier frequency that is adjustable from 2 to 6 kilohertz. The drive’s default carrier frequency rating is 4 kilohertz. It can also tolerate a constant torque intermittent current overload capacity of 150% of its nominal current rating for 1 minute. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 drive can handle constant or variable torque loads. In the constant torque mode, this drive supports 60 Amps of continuous output current. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 drive also comes with a special Auto Economizer feature that can be used to reduce excessive energy consumption in variable torque applications. To prevent equipment from operating continually at resonant speeds which can result in mechanical failures, the 1336F-B040-AN-EN-GM1-HCS1-L6 motor control drive features 3 adjustable skip frequencies.
