The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS1-LA3-L6 motor control drive is an Allen-Bradley adjustable frequency drive from the 1336 PLUS II series that is equipped with several features that enable high levels of motor performance and highly flexible motor control. This drive has an operating voltage range of 380 to 480 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS1-LA3-L6 drive also has separate terminal blocks for its control wiring, its power wiring, and its control interface. Other key features of the drive include a process PI controller and step logic, auto-tuning, slip compensation, and DC injection braking features. In addition, this drive has a snap-in human-machine interface which supports drive programming, drive control, diagnostics, drive monitoring, and parameter-uploading and downloading features. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS1-LA3-L6 drive can also be programmed locally using a PLC or SLC that is connected to it through its serial communication port.

The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS1-LA3-L6 drive supports an analog speed potentiometer through its human-machine interface. This drive supports more than 1 control technology option. It can control 1 or more standard induction motors at a time through its Volts per Hertz control technology, and it can control a large induction motor or an induction motor with advanced torque requirements through its sensorless vector control technology. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS1-LA3-L6 controller can also control synchronous motors through its Volts per Hertz control technology.
