The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS2-L4 drive is a motor control drive manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation in the 1336 PLUS II series. It is a pulse-width modulated (PWM) AC drive that is microprocessor-based and supports insulated gate bipolar transistors. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS2-L4 drive supports quiet motor operation, adjustable frequency, a high level of operating efficiency, an advanced level of low-speed torque performance, and an exceptional level of flexibility and adaptability. This drive has sensorless vector control (SVC) technology as the default control mode and a selectable Volts per Hertz control mode with several customization options. When the Volts per Hertz control mode is used, the drive can be used in applications that require it to control several motors at once. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS2-L4 drive comes with a removable human-machine interface or HMI module which can be used to monitor, control, and program the drive locally. This onboard HMI has a keypad and an alphanumeric display screen which makes the programming and controlling processes for the drive easy for the users. Additionally, the removable HMI module also has a digital speed potentiometer.
