It is suitable for applications with 3-phase motors that require precise motor control. The drive supports multiple motor control methods that include pulse width modulation control, Volts per Hertz control, and sensorless vector control. The 1336F-B040-AN-EN-HCS2-LA2-LA3-L4 drive can be connected to an AC mains that will supply it with 380 to 480 Volts AC of input voltage. It also supports 2 torque modes: the constant torque mode and the variable torque mode. In the constant torque mode, the load torque is constant even if the Horsepower rating changes. In the variable torque mode, the load torque varies with changes in the Horsepower rating. It also has several optional interface modules, including an HMI module.
