The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HASB drive is an industrial motor control drive from the 1336 PLUS II drive series. Its nominal output power rating is 50 Horsepower or 37 kilowatts. The drive is designed to operate at 380 to 480 Volts AC (3-phase) with 50 to 60 Hertz frequency. An overvoltage protection feature trips and shuts down the drive if the input voltage exceeds 570 Volts AC. Likewise, an undervoltage protection feature trips and shuts down the drive if the input voltage falls below 280 Volts AC. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HASB drive features a DC bus that carries a nominal voltage rating of 648 Volts DC. The drive shuts down if the DC bus voltage exceeds 810 Volts DC or if it falls below 648 Volts DC. The presence of high voltages on the DC bus can lead to electric shock for personnel working on the drive if the bus is not discharged first. Therefore, the DC bus capacitors must be fully discharged before any maintenance activity is begun. Test points for the DC bus voltage are provided on the drive’s TB1 terminal block. Prior to working on the drive, the technicians should verify that the DC bus voltage rating is 0 Volts DC.

The communication module that is installed on the Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HASB 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive supports 1 Remote I/O port for communicating with another device. The drive does not feature an HMI module. Instead, a blank cover plate is provided with the drive and this blank plate must be used to close the opening for the HMI in the front of the drive to protect it and keep it clean. The drive also has no analog interface modules and no control interface module. If the 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HASB drive needs an HMI, a control module, or analog interfaces, these devices can be ordered by the users through the 1336 PLUS II series and installed in the field. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HASB drive is available in a NEMA Type 1 enclosure. The protection rating of the drive enclosure is IP 20. Allen-Bradley recommends mounting the drive inside a cabinet to provide it with a higher level of protection. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-GM1-HASB motor control drive is designed for vertical mounting.
