The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AA-EN-HAS1-LA1-L6 1336 PLUS II series motor control drive is a digital motor control drive. It is designed to be connected to 1 or more motors and it controls the motor’s speed, position, and torque. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-HAS1-LA1-L6 drive’s output connects to the motor input. An optional protection device installed between the drive and motor can help to protect the motor from excessively high currents and voltages. Similarly, optional protection devices installed at the drive’s input protect it from excessively high currents and voltages. The optional protection device that protects the drive input from voltage anomalies is known as an isolation transformer. This type of isolation transformer is designed to prevent anomalies on the drive’s input circuit from having an effect on its output circuit. The optional protection devices that protect the drive input from high currents are circuit breakers and fuses. The maximum rating of any optional input circuit breaker that is used with the drive should be 300 Amps. Different types of input fuses can be used, and the maximum rating for a dual element fuse is 150 Amps while the maximum rating for a non-time delay fuse is 300 Amps.
