The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-L4 drive is a digital motor control drive from the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 1336 PLUS II series. It comes with several protection features that can detect faults and trip the drive to prevent malfunctioning and it has an MOV or metal oxide varistor that can protect it from occasional voltage surges. Additionally, the 1336F-B050-AA-EN-L4 drive supports a power ride-through time of 15 milliseconds at the maximum motor load. The operating temperature of the drive is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius or 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit and its enclosure is a standard IP 20 or NEMA Type 1 enclosure. The highest altitude at which the drive can operate without derating is 1000 meters or 3300 feet above sea level. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-L4 drive includes many factory-installed features such as the auto economizer, selectable fault reset/run, step logic, line loss restart mode, slip compensation, dynamic braking, fault memory, and preset speed features. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-L4 drive uses preventative maintenance technology to avoid errors whenever possible by detecting potential faults as quickly as possible. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-L4 drive is manufactured in accordance with NEMA and European industrial standards. The drive can use programmable carrier frequency and insulated gate bipolar transistors to control the connected motor quietly. The 1336F-B050-AA-EN-L4 drive can control standard 3-phase induction motors in its Volts/Hertz mode and large 3-phase induction motors in its sensorless vector control mode.
