The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 1336 PLUS II controller is a highly flexible and configurable motor controller. The users of the 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller can configure it to operate with sensorless vector control technology or Volts per Hertz control technology, with constant torque or variable torque, and with 0 to 400 Hertz of output frequency. The 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller supports advanced torque features despite being small because of the sensorless vector control technology which can operate with needing sensors and which can produce and sustain high torque ratings even in a small device. The 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller can use the torque produced by the sensorless vector control technology to control a 3-phase motor that would normally be too large to be compatible with it. It can control most standard 3-phase motors with the Volts per Hertz control technology. The 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller is usually used in constant torque applications where it can support up to 50 Horsepower of nominal output power, but it is also suitable for variable torque applications where it can support up to 60 Horsepower of nominal output power.
The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 1336 PLUS II controller features an advanced HMI (human-machine interface) and a basic control interface. The HMI has a programming keypad and a control keypad that are both easy to activate. The programming keypad is accompanied by an LCD screen that is easy to read and the control keypad is accompanied by a digital motor speed potentiometer. The 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller’s HMI can also be utilized to download and upload extra parameters into the controller to add to the controller’s built-in parameters and to allow the controller to be used in a wider range of applications than usual. Some motor control applications require special parameters that are not included with 1336 PLUS II controllers, but 1336 PLUS II controllers like the 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller which have HMIs with upload/download functions can acquire these parameters through their HMIs. The 1336F-B050-AE-EN-HCS2-L4 controller’s basic control interface is a DC-powered TTL contact interface that hosts 9 inputs. These 9 inputs can all be programmed with the HMI to function as inputs for different kinds of control commands.
